Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use Fedex & Ups express with 2-5 days delivery time.
How do I start a return?
Once you receive your order, you can request a return by clicking“Start a Return”in your customer account. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team — we’re happy to assist you with the process!
Can I change or return my item?
No conditions at all — if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just send the item back. As soon as it’s handed over to the shipping carrier, we’ll issue a full refund. No questions asked!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We’ll do our best! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping details. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
