Our products have a 2-year warranty. Vivense Warranty is valid in all cases where the products are not used contrary to the Terms of Use. For example, if you notice that the legs of the marble table you bought with great interest are bending due to weight, if you submit your request here, it will be examined immediately and necessary action will be taken. However, problems arising from forceful movements such as pushing and pulling are considered user error and are not covered by the Vivense Warranty. If you have a problem with the product after delivery, you can create a request here with the order number by taking the appropriate product photo or video to understand the problem. Your request will be reviewed and the result will be sent to you via e-mail.

Which cargo companies do you work with?
We ship all our products via Fedex and Ups. We send shipments via fast air cargo. Our products are shipped insured, so in case of damage, you are not responsible. Your orders will be delivered to your address within a maximum of 5 business days.

As Linorora, we are e-invoice payers, so you can submit your invoice within 3 business days after the product is delivered; From the e-mail we sent to the e-mail address registered to your order. If you are a Linerora member, after logging in on our site, click on the 'My Account' section at the top right and click on the My Orders area. If you are not a Linorora member, create a new membership on our site with your e-mail address registered to your order and log in. After doing so, you can click on the "My Account" section at the top right and view your invoice in the My Orders area. You can follow the steps below to view your invoice: Open the e-mail sent to the e-mail address registered to your order. Click the "Download Your Invoice" button in the e-mail. You can view and download your invoice on the page that opens. If you are a Linerora member: Log in to the Linorora website. Click on the "My Account" section at the top right. View your invoice in the My Orders area. If you are not a Linerora member: Log in to the Linorora website. Click on the "My Account" section at the top right. Create a new membership. After entering your membership information, click the "Sign Up" button. After logging in, view your invoice in the My Orders area.

What can I do to return the product? You can send us your request regarding the product you want to return here. After the product reaches us, the necessary checks will be made and we will start the process for a refund within an average of 14 business days. Return process of transported products: Product returns for transported products will be provided by Linorora teams, and after your return request is received, we will contact you to schedule the return product purchase date. Return process of the cargo product: After your return request, we will send you the contracted cargo company and return code. After you deliver the product to the cargo company, you must share your cargo tracking number with us so that the process can be completed. When you return your product, you must repackage it with the packaging that was present when you first received it or equivalent to the current packaging. You are obliged to deliver the product to the cargo by packaging it in a way that prevents the product from being damaged.
