How can I track my order?
How can I track my order? You can follow the production and delivery process of your product by clicking on the My Account section above after logging in, through the relevant order and product in the My Orders section, or by entering your order number on siparistakip.vivense.com without logging in. You can track your products sent by cargo via the cargo tracking link that is activated after the product is sent on the My Account/Orders or linerorafurniture.com page. We also send the name of the cargo company to which your product was sent, the cargo tracking number and the link to the e-mail address and phone number you specified when placing your order. If you wish, you can also follow up on these. For the products to be delivered with our transportation team, we contact you via SMS or e-mail so that we can schedule the delivery for a day that suits you. You can also view the delivery process of your product up to that time directly on the My Account / My Orders or linerorafurniture.com membership page.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 2 days and the average transportation time will be 4 business days. In other words, the product will reach you within 5-6 business days.
How Do I Manage My Delivery Process?
For our products whose delivery type is "Transportation"; When your products are ready for delivery we will ask you to specify your preferred delivery date. To do this, after logging in, you can select one of the dates we recommend for the delivery of the products and also request a different date by selecting the My Orders section from the My Account area at the top right. If you request a different date, our relevant teams will call you and assist you within 3 business days. If you choose one of the dates we recommend during the date selection process, we strive to plan the delivery according to your preference. If, for various reasons, we make plans for a date different from your preferred date, we will inform you. We will ask you to confirm the planned date in the My Orders section. Our relevant teams will call you 1 hour before your confirmed delivery date.
